Give it a useful brief
Start with a destination, check-in and checkout dates, adults and rooms. Add your arrival and departure windows if you know them. Say whether your accommodation budget is per room per night or for the whole stay, name the currency, and set a separate allowance for food, nights out and transport if those matter.
Describe the balance you want: hotel parties, outside clubs, meeting other travelers, beach time or quieter evenings. Include private room versus dorm, pace, sleep/noise preferences, and transport or mobility needs. Mention relevant age restrictions without sharing dates of birth, identity documents or booking references.

Compare two suitable stays with a reason and tradeoff for each. Propose practical days with travel and recovery time, one alternative for an unavailable night, and costs separated into checked quotes and unknowns. Follow source dates, age rules and event dates; do not invent opening, entry benefits, availability or journey times. Research dining, daytime and transport gaps from current operator sources, or leave free-time ideas.
Read https://goaftercheckin.com/trip-guide and the selected destination's current JSON. Return a complete editable trip link, a short explanation and a list of things to verify. Keep every stop unbooked and leave private information out of the link. If you cannot fetch the data or create a valid link, say so and provide a plain itinerary instead.
What a useful plan should give you
- A stay that fits. Two realistic options with room style, party location and access tradeoffs. A high score alone is not a reason to choose a hotel.
- Days with room to breathe. A light arrival day, time between areas, and recovery after a late night. Check the local calendar date for any after-midnight event; keep checkout-day travel outside the planner's overnight stop dates.
- An honest budget. Separate accommodation, meals, tickets, transport and extras. This site has no live room-price feed; an unknown cost must stay unknown until a provider quote is checked.
- A workable night out. The venue, source, event date, access conditions and return journey. A straight-line map distance is not a walking route or transfer time.
- A fallback. Another suitable activity if an event is unavailable or a venue is seasonal. Our catalogs are a curated stay and nightlife sample, not complete city guides. They do not provide a dedicated restaurant inventory; dining, daytime and transport plans may need fresh outside research or free-time placeholders.
Open the plan and make it yours
Your assistant should return one complete link for one destination. Open it to review the trip, then choose Open my own copy. It saves a version in that browser; it does not make a booking or sync changes with the assistant. Use Save file in the planner for a restorable backup.
The link format currently represents 1–8 adults and 1–4 rooms, with no children field. For children or a larger group, ask for a plain itinerary and verify occupancy with the provider; the assistant must not change the group to fit the format.
If a link is incomplete or a place is missing, ask the assistant to recheck the exact catalog IDs and the link limits in the technical format guide. A share-link packet is not the planner's Load file format. See how to save and share your trip.
Anyone with a trip link can read its contents. Keep personal contact details, payment information, identity documents and booking references out of the brief and shared notes.
